My Child is Missing

If your child is missing, we have information, programs and resources that may help.

If your child is missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your local police authority immediately by dialing 9-1-1;
  2. Register your case with the Missing Children Society of Canada by contacting our investigators on our 24-hour, toll-free line: 1-800-661-6160.

Our Investigators will assist you through the registration process that will start our search. Please ensure that you have first opened a case file with your local police authority and have the correct documentation in place.
