After two long years, Marius Zubac was reunited with his 12 year old son Mihai in Paris, France and returned to their home in Ontario, Canada in April 2008.
Mihai had been on an approved vacation with his mom when she failed to return him in the summer of 2006. With the assistance of the Hague Treaty the courts ordered the return of the child to his father and habitual residence Canada.
Mihail is adjusting well and re-establishing his relationship with his extended family and friends.
